What are you planning to make and what will the topic be?
I'm going to create a website and the topic will be music. RNB and pop.

Audience
What / who is your primary and secondary audience?
My going to be for primary audience of males and females age between 14 and 25 and the secondary 30 and 40  because they are  interest on music.



Brand identity
What is the purpose of your product and how do you want to be / how do you want the brand / company to be represented?



Use of video
What will the video be of and on which page will it appear?



Planning / H&S paperwork needed
What paperwork will you need to complete before you can begin production?



Consideration of legislation and its impact
What legislation and regulations will impact your production?



Hardware and software (to create website design, to create website assets, to film video & to edit video)
Which applications and hardware will you be using to create your products?




File types (images, logo, other graphics, video & any audio)
What file types will you be creating / using to produce the products?

Proposal

Based on my research I have concluded that my website will:

have a power grind layout

have 2 number of columns

have 3 main  number of pages (although I will be making 3)

have the navigation bar located top right

have the logo located top left

use X colours (list 3/4 and their hex codes)  #08f , #ffffff  #f2c810

use arial font for the headings which will be size 2em and have bold  style

use arial font for the sub-headings which will be size 1.5em and have none style

use Roboto,Arial,sans-serif font for the body of the text which will be size 14px  and have normal style

Legislation and Regulations


Health and safety at work act (1974)

Employers are responsible for enforcing health and safety at work, they must  provide all equipment and training needed


Health and Safety (DSE) Regulations (1992)
The employers have to make sure to supply the right equipment o you can follow DSE regulations.



Computer Missue Act (1998)

This law means that you can't hack someone else computer.



Copyright Designs and Patents Act (1998)

Everyone who create something  ( art, music, literary etc) can control how they are used.
